He has over 10 years of experience as a health educator, wellness coach, nutritionist and fitness trainer. His expertise is designing and implementing targeted health and wellness initiatives to improve quality of life. Bill takes a holistic approach to health and wellness, looking at all areas of your life and how they are connected. He understands the challenges of a busy lifestyle and designs the perfect wellness plan that works best for each client or group.
Bill graduated Cum Laude from Kaplan University with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness. Bill is a certified Fitness Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and earned Nutrition and Stress Management Certification through American Fitness Professionals and Associates. Bill maintains his passion for cutting edge health and wellness trends by continuing his education through seminars and educational courses.
Bill is excited to join the Rossi Center as the Director of Wellness Programs. He will be assessing and implementing Nutrition, Fitness, Stress Management and behavioral modification programs for any behaviors that are inhibiting good health and happiness. He will also be offering biometric screenings, fitness consultations as well as fitness training.
Bill’s wellness inspiration comes from personal compassion, having himself overcome weight and wellness issues in the past. Bill believes that “we all become better versions of ourselves every day, it just takes a little work.”
